Community Resource Convention

Ivy Creek Hospice is excited to host our Community Resource Convention on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 FROM 10-1PM at the Wetumpka Civic Center, and we would love to have your organization participate!

Our goal is to bring together 75+ community vendors to create a one-stop resource event for individuals and families in every stage of life. Whether your organization serves children, families, seniors, veterans, caregivers, or the community as a whole, we’d love to have you represented.

We would love for you to host a vendor table and share information about the valuable services and resources you provide.

Vendor Information:

• No cost to participate
• Please bring one door prize to help make the event fun and engaging for attendees.
• We also ask that you help spread the word by sharing our event flyers once they are finalized. I’ll be happy to provide those to you.

The event will feature:

• Community resources
• Light refreshments
• Door prize giveaways throughout the day
• A relaxed come-and-go atmosphere where attendees can meet local organizations, ask questions, and learn about available services.

If you know of any other businesses, nonprofits, agencies, or organizations that would be a great addition, please send them our way! We want this to truly be a collaborative event that showcases the incredible resources available throughout our community.

We welcome any ideas or suggestions as we continue planning. It truly takes a village to build a stronger, healthier community, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
