In 1999, a group of technicians got together and decided to create an IT support company that operated differently than all of the companies they had previously worked for. We believed that most IT companies had lost their way. We felt they no longer cared about the real needs of their clients. The industry had gotten a reputation for overpricing and not communicating with their clients. Being honest with our clients, keeping pricing fair and to always keep the client’s best interests in mind is what we do. That was the beginning of GTI and 25 years later, we are still doing that.
