Are you motivated to make some changes in your life\, but feel adrift and not sure where to start?\n\n\n\nThe Wetumpka Chamber in partnership with Creed Gym wants to help you set goals and provide the encouragement you need to get healthy.\n\nThe LOSE TO WIN! BE BETTER-TOGETHER HEALTH CHALLENGE sponsored by Diversified Alarm Services is an 8-week challenge that will include:\n\n*2 In Body scans: 1 at weigh-in\, 1 at weigh-out ($20 value)\n\n*Souvenir t-shirt\n\n*Prizes and gifts sponsored by downtown businesses \n\n*At least 1 fitness class/week with our instructors \n\n*Scheduled hikes/walks\n\n*$50/person sign-up fee \n\n* Private Facebook group with motivation and tips from instructors and trainers in an environment of encouragement.\n\n1st place will win 1-year gym membership (a $480 value) & Cash Prize\n\n2nd place 6-month gym membership (a $240 value)\n\nThe Challenge begins Tuesday\, February 1st with weigh-in at Creed Gym 231 and ends Monday\, March 28th.\n\nParticipants will receive a bracelet with key entry fobs that will give them access to special Lose to Win! classes at Creed gym. \n\nRegister on the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce website (please include t-shirt size)\n\nParticipants will be invited to a Private group page to access weekly tips\, nutrition\, and encouragement.\n\n\n\nYOU have the power to make positive changes\, let us help you get there .together.
