As part of the Chamber’s mission to “Connect Business,” this luncheon will feature a panel of community and industry leaders to discuss one of the most pressing issues facing today’s businesses — recruiting, training, and retaining qualified employees.
Panelists will share insights into:
- The current landscape of local employment and hiring trends.
- Common barriers businesses face when filling open positions.
- Resources available to help employers attract and retain qualified candidates.
- Programs and training available for individuals seeking new job opportunities or career advancement.
Cost to attend:
$45 for Wetumpka Area Chamber Members & Registered Guests
$55 for non-WACC Members
