First Choice Women's Medical Center - Elmore County

About Us

First Choice Women's Medical Center is a pregnancy resource center. We educate, support, and empower women and men facing unplanned pregnancies. We provide medical, parenting, and life-skill services to extend help, offer hope, and promote healing. Medical services include pregnancy testing, confirmation ultrasounds, nurse consultations, and pregnancy options education. Our parenting education program, Earn While You Learn, consists of individual classes with a video-based curriculum on pregnancy and the early parenting years. Clients earn "mommy money" and "daddy dollars" to use in our on-site baby store, First Things, to obtain needed baby items.

First Choice - Elmore County is one of three First Choice locations. Additional services provided at our Montgomery locations include group parenting classes, a men's program on fatherhood, testing/treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and abortion recovery and care.
