Josie Young

Josie is the Marketing Director for Russell Construction. Connecting people together and helping them build a life in a safe, beautiful home or a commercial space that boosts their business is one of her passions. She is a board member of the Wilson Family YMCA, Boy Scouts SportClays Committee, Habitat for Humanity, Downtown Development Board (DBA – Montgomery), the National Association of Women in Construction, and a Loaned Executive for the United Way. She also holds her real estate license with New Waters Realty and was inducted into the Association of General Contractors Top 40 under 40 in 2020. Most recently she was chosen to be the Contractor for the HomeTown Takeover HGTV Series filmed in Wetumpka, AL. Josie is married to Heath Young and they have two pups, Champ and Cooper.
