2026 Annual Meeting & Awards

Join the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce for our Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon on February 11, 2026. Presented by Central Alabama Electric Cooperative. 

This event brings together Chamber members, business leaders, and community partners to reflect on the year past, install the 2026 Board of Directors, and recognize outstanding businesses and leaders through the Chamber Awards for Business Excellence.
 

Chamber Awards for Business Excellence

2026 Award Categories

Business Leader of the Year
Recognizes an individual business leader whose leadership, integrity, and civic involvement have positively impacted the Wetumpka community.
Small Business of the Year
Honors a Chamber-member small business demonstrating excellence in customer service, operations, and community involvement.
Medium Business of the Year
Recognizes a Chamber-member medium-sized business that shows sustained growth, leadership, and positive community impact.
Large Business of the Year
Honors a Chamber-member large business that demonstrates excellence in operations, workforce leadership, and community investment.
Rising Star Business of the Year
Recognizes a Chamber-member business operating three years or less that has made an exceptional early impact through innovation, service, and leadership.

NOMINATION PROCESS
Nominations will be accepted between Friday, January 9th and Monday, January 26th at 5 PM. An award review committee will determine the final recipients to be announced at the event. To be considered, nominees must meet the following criteria:
Must be a member of good standing with the Wetumpka Area Chamber of Commerce both at the time of the nomination and the event
Must have been in business for a minimum of one (1) year
Demonstrates a commitment to community involvement
